We’re looking for talented individuals to join our team; working out of headquarters in Downers Grove, Illinois to play a key role in designing infrastructure for a variety of land development projects.What You’ll DoLead design work for site infrastructure: pavement, roadways, grading/earthwork, erosion controlDevelop water distribution and sanitary sewer systems, storm sewer networks, and stormwater management systemsCreate drainage solutions, stormwater pollution prevention plans (SWPPPs), and erosion control strategiesCollaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams on projects spanning warehouse/distribution centers, schools, offices, retail, healthcare, and recreational developmentsCommunicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring design quality, constructability, and timely deliveryWhat You’ll GainHands-on experience in a diverse portfolio of land development projectsExposure to all phases of design: planning, grading, utilities, stormwater, and moreA collaborative, supportive environment in a well-established firm headquartered in Downers GroveOpportunity to grow your technical skill set and professional credentials (PE support, mentorship, etc.)Competitive compensation and benefits (to be discussed during application)QualificationsBachelor‘s degree in Civil Engineering2+ years of civil engineering experience related to site design, land development and land use permittingExperience with AutoCAD and Civil 3DStrong organizational, analytical, communication skills and design skillsApply now and help us design the next generation of infrastructure in the Chicago area
