Staffmark is hiring a Property Manager for a company located in Charleston, SC. This company continues to provide quality affordable housing and assists in improving economic opportunities for the citizens of Charleston, SC. Schedule: Monday - Friday

Pay: $22/hr.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily property operations, ensuring compliance with HUD regulations, Fair Housing laws, and company policies
  • Conduct regular inspections and address lease violations while enforcing property rules
  • Manage leasing activities, including marketing, applicant screening, and lease execution
  • Ensure timely processing of applications, certifications, and maintain accurate occupancy records
  • Serve as the primary contact for residents, resolving concerns and promoting community engagement
  • Manage rent collection, monitor delinquencies, assist in budget preparation, and oversee property expenses
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and collaborate with staff and vendors to maintain property standards


Qualifications:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field (preferred)
  • At least 2 years of experience in property management, affordable housing, or a similar field
  • Knowledge of HUD regulations, LIHTC programs, and Fair Housing laws
  • Strong customer service, conflict resolution, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines, with proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
