Requirements
- Previous experience as an accounting clerk (accounts payable/receivable skills)
Accounting Clerk Responsibilities
Receive and verify invoices and requisitions. Prepare batches of invoices for payments. Data enter invoices for payment. Process backup reports after data entry. Manage the check runs completed on the 10th and 25th of each month. Maintain updated vendor files and codes. Monitor and answer phones.
