Made in the USA, we are proud to offer a lifetime warranty on most products.Job SummaryThe Facilities Manager maintains and oversees the grounds, buildings, and equipment to ensure that all workspaces is safe and functional. Duties include negotiating contracts with service providers, inspecting facilities to meet safety regulations and coordinating renovations and updates. Oversees and directs facilities techs, janitor, equipment installation, facilities equipment repair and preventative maintenance.Duties and ResponsibilitiesDelegating cleaning and maintenance tasks to team membersMonitoring the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas, such as offices, conference rooms, parking lots and outdoor recreation spacesPerforming routine maintenance on facilities and making repairs as neededScheduling routine inspections and emergency repairs with outside vendorsEnsuring proper security measures for the workplace, including collaborating with security system vendors or a team of security professionalsMaintaining day-to-day operations of facilities, such as delegating or completing maintenance ordersCreating reports on maintenance, repairs, safety and other occurrences for supervisors and other relevant staffPreparing facilities for changing weather conditionsCollaborating with building owners and upper management on budgeting for facilities needsSkills and QualificationsKnowledge of general maintenance methods, operating requirements, and safety precautions related to facilities managementAdvanced mechanical skills and knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and other building systemsProficiency with repair tools and techniquesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to speak with all levels of employees, guests, vendors, and team membersGreat time management, organization, and prioritization abilitiesClean driving record with a valid driver‘s licenseWork Environment & Physical DemandsThis role requires regular movement throughout our facilities and grounds. The Facilities Manager will frequently be on their feet, inspecting equipment, supervising maintenance activities, and performing hands-on tasks as needed. Duties may include lifting heavy equipment, climbing ladders, and working in both indoor and outdoor conditions.
