Whether we’re helping collectors find their next big pull or hosting in-store events and livestreams, we’re passionate about creating a fun, knowledgeable, and welcoming experience for every customer.Job Summary:We’re looking for a friendly, dependable Retail Sales Associate who loves the hobby as much as our customers do. This role is a mix of customer service, product knowledge, working a register, and hands-on help around the shop. Whether you‘re helping someone pick their first Pokémon pack or talking stats about the latest Bowman Chrome release, you’ll be a key part of our team.Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers with purchases, product questions, and recommendationsRestock and organize inventory including sealed product, singles, and suppliesHandle sales at the register, process transactions, and keep the checkout area cleanStay informed about new releases and hobby trends in both sports cards and TradingCard GamesHelp set up for events, livestreams, and trade nights when neededAnswer basic questions about grading, rarity, and value of cards (training provided)Qualifications:Strong interest in trading cards — sports, Pokemon, or bothFriendly, professional, and helpful attitude toward customersReliable and punctual with strong attention to detailPrior retail, sales, or customer service experienceBasic knowledge of popular card products (e.g., Topps, Panini, Pokémon, Magic)Willingness to learn and grow with a fast-paced, hobby-focused teamTo Apply:Email your resume and a short intro about yourself to
