Primary Job Responsibilities

* Contributing to strategic advisory engagements providing clients with actionable insights and tailored solutions to drive business growth and operational efficiency.

* Collaborating with client stakeholders to define business requirements create detailed user stories and prioritize product backlog.

* Conducting research and data analysis pertaining to current processes and providing recommendations based on data-driven insights to optimize performance and growth.

* Working closely with cross-functional teams for successful project execution.

* Interacting and working with senior customer leaders to build the practice and win consulting engagements.

* Generating proactive proposals to address client issues presenting to clients and collaborating with teams on proposal and presentation creation and positioning.

Qualifications

* Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or a related field. A Masters degree or MBA is preferred.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills.

* Proven experience in process improvement and lean manufacturing principles. Proficiency in conducting cost-benefit analyses.

* Experience with project management and leading teams. Proficiency in project management software and tools.

* Extensive knowledge of manufacturing technologies. Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements. Experience with software such as ERP and MES systems.

* Ability to mentor and develop junior consultants and staff.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
