Role Overview As a Deployment Strategist, you'll bridge user needs, product capabilities, and data insights, partnering directly with customers to design and scale AI-powered solutions that transform how they operate. You'll work cross-functionally, embed with client teams, and help drive measurable outcomes across industries. What You'll Do Partner with customers to understand workflows, goals, and challengesCollaborate with engineers to scope, prototype, and deploy AI-driven solutionsAnalyze and integrate key datasets into scalable, automated systemsDesign and refine workflows that boost efficiency and productivityLead user training and onboarding to ensure adoption and long-term successPresent insights and strategy to both technical and executive stakeholdersDrive customer renewals, expansion, and identify new use cases for growth What You Bring 5+ years in project or account management, renewals, and expansion in customer-facing rolesBackgrounds in strategic consulting, startup operations, customer success, PE/banking, or engineering consultingExperience in legacy industries (e.g., logistics, manufacturing) and early-stage startups preferredStrong technical foundation including proficiency in Python and SQL (preferred)A hands-on operator who thrives in collaboration with cross-functional teams and clientsWillingness to travel ~50% to engage with clients on-site
