At the same time, it offers the flexibility you need to focus and do your best work.Mission and GoalSeeking a Product Management Director who has led transformation of a scaled consumer B2C SaaS product, including leveraging AI where appropriate to improve customer experience and commercial outcomes. You will own strategy, roadmap, and execution for our Premium Security business aligned to Norton, spanning desktop and mobile, partnering closely with Go to Market teams in Marketing and Sales, Engineering, and Product Design and UX to drive growth, monetization, onboarding, upsell, renewals, and customer satisfaction across a global matrix.You will focus on improving desktop retention while sustaining and growing mobile growth, innovating in scam protection, and building retail partnerships and sales motions for AI solutions across cloud and device. Your role will involve building the product strategy, managing the roadmap, and leading a team of well established senior product managers to deliver successful business outcomes.Strategic LeadershipConduct thorough research of the market, competition, and customer needs, assess our internal strengths and weaknesses to build a winning product strategy, develop and implement product strategies that align with the company vision and market needs.Financial OversightManage budgets, expenditures, and financial projections related to product development, evaluate the financial performance of products, and make data driven decisions to optimize profitability.Team LeadershipLead, mentor, and inspire a team of approximately four senior product managers in Prague, provide guidance and support to achieve product goals, foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.Stakeholder EngagementCollaborate with other product managers, Go to Market teams in Sales and Marketing, Design, Engineering, Support, PMO, and other groups to ensure successful alignment, prioritization, and risk mitigation, communicate product vision and progress to senior management and other stakeholders.Execution ProwessDevelop and maintain the roadmap across different product lines, ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs, oversee the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensure the timely delivery of high quality solutions, define, monitor, and assess the KPIs to provide actionable insights and projections that satisfy underlying business goals, iterate on features and functionalities to enhance customer value and user experience.CompetenciesTen plus years in product management, with five plus years in a leadership role, experience in mobile first SaaS or consumer security products is a bonus.Demonstrated success owning product strategy, business outcomes, and cross functional leadership.Deep understanding of subscription and freemium models, user lifecycle management, and monetization tactics.Familiarity with scam protection, privacy, or security related feature sets is a strong plus.Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence executives and drive alignment.Proven ability to ship successful products at scale in a complex, matrixed organization.Self-starter and self-motivator with a strong understanding of the business landscape and market ecosystem.Great team leader with business acumen, excellent communicator, relationship builder, and presenter at senior level.Skilled in research, ideation, and creative problem solving.BenefitsAt Gen Digital, we are committed to supporting our employees well being and professional growth. Base salary is one component of Gen Digital total compensation package, which includes 401k match, health insurance options, disability coverage, life insurance, and unlimited paid time off. Job level bonus is 25 percent. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate qualification, experience, skills, and competencies related to the role.Salary Ranges:The pay range depicts a base salary range for all positions except commission-based roles. The pay range for commission-based roles represents On Target Earnings (annual base salary + target annual commission). Additional compensation elements may be offered including an opportunity for bonus incentives and also competitive benefits package.
