Senior Solution Engineer – Enterprise IT Infrastructure

|| []; function gtag(){(arguments);} gtag('js', new Date()); gtag('config', 'UA-142498025-1'); , implementation, integration, and support of the enterprise IT infrastructure, which includes secure cloud-hosted and on-premises environments. As part of the team, the Senior Solution Engineer's responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to) the following: Analysis of business needs, operational requirements, and constraints of diverse internal and external stakeholders; Development of detailed technical, performance, and security requirements for advanced IT solutions; · Researching and evaluating available technology options and their respective functional, performance; Solution concept definition , evaluation of alternatives against comprehensive criteria derived from the solution requirements; provide solution recommendations; Solution implementation planning and management , including work breakdown structure definition, task planning, dependency analysis, resource coordination, and stakeholder engagement; Solution evaluation, testing, and acceptance coordination , including test planning, development and delivery of stakeholder training, problem resolution, and related tasks. Developing and maintaining solution support documentation, including service catalog content, user/project manuals, FAQs, and related content. Specific qualification requirements for the position include the following: 5-7 years of progressive experience performing comparable systems engineering, implementation, and support functions Expert knowledge of MS Windows platform and services architecture, including Active Directory / EntraID, Group Policy Objects (GPO), virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), application deployment frameworks and components, networking, and storage services; Advanced knowledge of MS Azure and cloud services architecture, including compute, database, storage, network virtualization, and security services; Working knowledge of network infrastructure, concepts of operation, and protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, Syslog, etc. Working knowledge of endpoint security (, Defender, Trend Micro), SIEM (, Splunk, Sentinel), vulnerability scanning (, Tenable Nessus/Security Center), and other systems and security management tools Project management skills, including scoping, work breakdown structure definition, planning and scheduling, risk analysis, earned value management (EVM), and related concepts. General: Demonstrated time management and organization skills while working in a fast-paced, multidiscipline team environment; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Strong communication (oral and written) and presentation skills;  Proficiency with workflow and lifecycle management systems () Education and Certification: Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a Related Engineering Discipline Certification:  Microsoft Certified Professional / Systems Engineer certification is strongly desired Security+ or CISSP certification is strongly desired Other: US Citizenship is a requirement for this position.
