Oversee daily program operations and offer assistance where needed, dependent on licensureand abilityOversee the appropriate application and adherence to OBOT Operational Standards, as well as regulatory procedures issued by applicable regulatory authoritiesPerform all necessary responsibilities as directed by immediate supervisor and/or the governance authorityScreen and interview new associates for hire as needed and submit requests for approval, as necessaryOrient all new associates to the program or designate appropriate supervisor to provide orientation— this includes completion of new hire policies, review of associate handbook, and orientation to responsibilities, at minimumConduct employee performance reviews, monitor personnel time, and respond to requests for PTOMaintain program documentation in accordance with DEA regulations, including patient prescriptive records, physician DEA registration, physician current caseload and approved patient capacityCoordinate with internal and external persons and agencies to inform, improve, or supplement service provisionCoordinate with Operations Support Team to address needs within the centerOther duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Operations Support Team and the Governance AuthorityApply procedures and policies outlined in program and regulatory standards to day-to-day program operationsReview, interpret, and reflect on changes to policies or procedures and present information to leadershipManage program staff and interact positively with patients, visitors, and members of the CommunityConduct internal audit processes to analyze program performance in various areasFunction in an administrative capacity to assure necessary information is provided to patientsand staffPreference given to candidates with experience working in an Office Based Opioid Treatment program and with supervisory experience. Individuals should also have experience working with individuals with substance abuse or mental health. The Program Supervisor must meet state-defined minimum licensure, education, and experience requirements.Highschool Diploma or GED requiredStart and end times may vary some, however, this position will work 40 hours a week with marketing and outreach efforts.Must be willing to travel to all center locations, Belvidere, Galloway, Lanoka Harbor, Pennsauken, Rio Grande and Stanhope. Crossroads has a travel reimbursement policy which includes mileage reimbursement.Candidates work with the Regional Director to confirm if changes need to be made to the work schedule.Teammates start and end times may vary some from patient hours based on what is needed to prepare for and close out your day.
