CTA is based in St. Louis and specializes in control panels for system integrators and production facilities located throughout the United States. CTA can provide control solutions for a single piece of equipment, an entire process or the entire plant. CTA has engineering design capabilities or will build panels from customer-supplied design packages. In this role, you will work with a team of industry experts to help the world’s leading companies solve their most difficult problems. You will partner with seasoned leaders, technical specialists, and subject matter experts to deliver the highest quality solutions to our clients with consistency and accuracy.What You’ll DoYou'll work individually and in teams to support capital projects and implement solutions for our clients.Validate Engineered solutionsCollect entire design packages and build packagesAct as Liaison between Operations, Engineering and ManufacturingSchedule and execute engineering and manufacturing handoff meetingsCreate Bills of Materials for non-engineered solutionsInterface with our client and distributor representativesResearch alternate electrical components to optimize delivery, design, and costAssist in designing custom Industrial Control Panels based on specified criteria.What You’ll Bring1+ year(s) of related industrial automation fabrication experience. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to be applied in design, fabrication, and troubleshooting of systems.This position requires the ability to successfully execute multiple project responsibilities with minimal supervision.Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required.This position supports the entire engineering team and reports directly to the Engineering Manager. Experience with Allen-Bradley hardware and networks is a plus but not a requirement.A Degree in Electrical Technology or equivalent experience.Travel RequirementsRegional travel may be required on a sporadic basis to support regional projects and activities.
