Operations: Oversee the daily operations of our care facilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing high-quality patient care. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement plans to improve patient outcomes, reduce readmissions, and enhance the overall patient experience. Staff Development: Recruit, train, and mentor nursing staff to ensure professional growth and development. Quality Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance patient care and reduce costs.   Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in a nursing leadership role or equivalent. Unwavering commitment to providing exceptional patient care and a passion for making a difference. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and staff. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Current RN license   Compensation: $120,000 - $130,000 annually, depending on experience.
