Customers will rely on you to act with honesty and integrity as you offer what they have been looking for — peace of mind. Who we’re looking for: Our technician team is made up of a wide variety of backgrounds and experience levels. We believe in investing in our employees and provide comprehensive training and support. So, whether you’re an experienced Field Technician/Electrician with the correct license or you are a field technician with the experience we are looking for, feel free to apply. In New Mexico, candidates must hold an ES-3J license, which requires at least 4,000 documented hours of low voltage experience (2 years of full-time work).   Exceptional Customer Service skillsSales experience – car sales, retail sales, insurance sales, B2C sales, call center experienceField technician experience – cable installation, internet Installation, pest control, lawn maintenance, construction, solar technicianClean driving record and valid licenseSomeone who thrives in a team environment as well as independently Physical demands of the job:Lift and carry up to 45 lbs.Climb ladders up to 14 feetWork in attics and other limited-space areasBend, kneel, crouch, and stand for extended periods Safety culture is strong at Vivint. Field Services technicians will conduct a safety analysis of every home to assure a safe workplace for the technician and the customers. Additional InformationOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $28.32 in our lowest geographic market up to $36.21 in our highest geographic market.
