Discover a Rewarding Career with Us Full-time, stable leadership position in the residential electrical service industry Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Career growth with leadership and management development opportunities Access to the latest technologies and industry best practices Comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance 401k retirement savings plan with company match Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays Employee discounts on advanced home technology and solutions Key Responsibilities for Electrical Field Leadership Lead, mentor, and manage a team of field electricians and service technicians specializing in residential service and repair Ensure all residential electrical projects and service calls are completed on time, within budget, and according to high safety and quality standards Oversee scheduling, dispatch, and resource allocation for the residential service team Conduct job site visits to support team members, monitor work, and uphold company standards Provide technical guidance, resolve on-site issues, and foster continuous learning Collaborate with internal departments to deliver integrated home automation and electrical solutions Maintain regulatory compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes Develop and implement operational improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction Build strong customer relationships by addressing service concerns and ensuring quality outcomes Generate and review operational reports to track progress and identify areas for growth What We're Looking For in an Operations Manager Proven experience supervising or managing teams in the residential electrical service industry Journeyman or Master Electrician license (Texas) required Comprehensive knowledge of residential electrical systems, troubleshooting, repairs, and best practices Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and work in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time-management abilities Familiarity with field service management software and reporting tools Commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and customer service excellence Valid driver’s license with a clean record Qualifications & Experience for Residential Electrical Operations Management 5+ years of experience as a licensed electrician, with at least 2 years of people or operations management experience Extensive experience in residential service environments; home technology experience preferred High school diploma or GED required; additional technical or management certifications are a plus Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive operational results Role Overview The Electrical Field Operations Manager for our Residential Service Team is instrumental in upholding our commitment to safety, quality service, and seamless home technology solutions.
