Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition or Dietetics Within 6 months (180 days) of hire: Washington Dietitian Certification or Within 6 months (180 days) of hire: Washington Nutritionist Certification Upon hire: National CDR Registered Dietitian - Commission on Dietetic Registration 1 year Hospital or home care experience. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in enteral/parenteral nutrition. Pediatric, adult and geriatric experience.
Development of nutrition related forms and policies and procedures.
