We're looking for a passionate and experienced Floor Lead to join our team at our Georgetown location. This is a keyholder position for someone ready to take the next step in their retail career. You'll be a leader on the sales floor, mentoring associates and driving sales, all while helping customers discover the perfect gear for their adventures.You may be a good fit if:You're a natural storyteller and a sales-driver, with a proven ability to lead by exampleYou are a problem-solver who isn't afraid to get scrappy and think outside the boxYou thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and are excited to help lead the Huckberry experience in our first brick-and-mortar locationYou are a reliable and responsible individual trusted to open and close the storeResponsibilitiesOversee the sales floor and guide the teamModel exceptional customer service, acting as a role model for the team in building rapport and offering personalized recommendationsPersonally drive sales and motivate the team to achieve daily sales goals and performance metricsServe as a floor leader, handling escalated customer issues, complex transactions, and making decisions to support a positive customer experienceProvide on-the-floor coaching, training, and mentoring to Retail Associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and store standardsMaintain expert-level knowledge of Huckberry's product offerings and brand storiesAssist leadership in executing visual merchandising, ensuring the store is clean, organized, and visually appealingSupport inventory management processes, including stock replenishment, receiving, and participating in stock countsServe as an expert on the POS system, troubleshooting basic issues and ensuring transaction accuracyRequirements2-3+ years of experience in a retail sales or customer service rolePrior experience in a leadership, keyholder, or supervisory role strongly preferredA passion for the outdoors, adventure, and the Huckberry brandProven ability to drive sales, meet goals, and deliver exceptional customer serviceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach and motivate A strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a high level of responsibilityInterest in menswear and lifestyle brandsBenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision benefits (FT employees)401(k) and employer match (FT employees)Paid Time Off & Paid Sick LeaveGenerous employee discount~$26-$28/hr DOECompany DescriptionHuckberry is the ultimate one-stop men's shop for discovering the best gear and threads.
