Learn more at We’re growing fast and invite you to join our amazing team. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cloud Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a Cloud Administrator, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our cloud infrastructure and supporting OCR applications. Responsibilities: Cloud Infrastructure Management: • Design, deploy, and manage cloud-based infrastructure on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) • Configure and optimize cloud services, including virtual machines, storage, databases, networking, and load balancers. • Monitor resource utilization, capacity planning, and scaling of cloud resources to ensure optimal performance and cost-effectiveness. System Administration: • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Linux and Windows) and applications on cloud servers. • Implement security best practices, including user access controls, firewall configuration, and data encryption. • Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and business continuity. Cloud Monitoring and Troubleshooting: • Monitor cloud infrastructure, applications, and services for performance, availability, and security incidents. • Identify and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure, network connectivity, and application performance. • Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and optimize cloud-based applications. Automation and Scripting: • Develop and maintain automation scripts using tools like PowerShell, Python, or Bash to streamline administrative tasks and cloud management processes. • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation for provisioning and managing cloud resources. Manage Organization applications: • Deploy, maintain, and debug essential company applications, such as application servers, related hardware, endpoints, and databases. • Meet and coordinate with internal stakeholders and clients to troubleshoot the company application issues. • Manage the installation and configuration of company applications. Documentation and Reporting: • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of cloud infrastructure, configurations, and processes. • Generate reports on system performance, usage, and costs to support decision-making and optimization efforts. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). • Proven experience as a Cloud Administrator or similar role for 3 – 5 years. • Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) platform. • Experience with Kubernetes and Docker containers. • Proficiency in scripting and automation using tools like PowerShell, Python, or Bash. • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts and tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation). • Solid understanding of networking principles and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN). • Experience with monitoring and logging tools. • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for this position only.
