Additionally, we offer estate planning and probate services tailored to individual clients' needs.Responsibilities:Business Litigation Attorney responsibilities include:Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions for casesConduct legal research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions for casesSupervise administrative staff to ensure smooth operationsProvide legal counsel to clients by analyzing their needs and determining a proper course of actionPrepare various legal documents, such as motions, pleadings, briefs, and correspondenceAppear in court on behalf of clients and argue motions during legal proceedingsQualifications:Qualified candidates must be members in good standing with the TN State Bar.Our ideal candidate will have:A Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and at least 2 years of relevant experience post-graduation.A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a law firm setting.Strong background in litigation and exceptional communication skills.Demonstrated proficiency in writing, research, and analysis, along with impressive academic credentials, is expected.
