We offer intensive clinical supervision and education to help our clinicians become certified in CBT within their first year. We provide both virtual and in-person treatment with a flexible work schedule that includes working from both home and the office.Candidates must have knowledge of evidence-based treatments for common mental disorders, familiarity with brief, structured intervention techniques (e.g. Motivational Interviewing, Behavioral Activation) and a desire to become skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Experience working with patients who have co-occurring mental health and physical health problems preferred.
