You’ll promote free in-home consultations or schedule tune-ups — once the lead is booked our expert sales advisors handle the rest. Qualifications What You Need:Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppersRetail, lead generator, or sales experience preferred (not required)Ability to stand and walk during shiftWeekend and some holiday availabilityReliable transportationClean, professional appearance to represent the ARS brandMust be at least 18 years old and pass a background checkReport directly to retail storeAttend weekly in-office meetingsNote: This posting outlines potential pay ranges and opportunities, which are not guaranteed and do not represent a formal offer.
