Overview:In this role, you will provide automation support to engineering teams on a project, including setup, training, application and process, software quality assurance and control, reporting, database administration, and close-out of all construction automation software and applications. Your efforts will contribute to enhanced efficiency by ensuring project teams have adequate training and support. Major Responsibilities: Typical Activities of the Engineering Automation Team Assists with setting up, installing, supporting, configuring, and implementing automation software tools; Investigates and resolves problems and provides information about the software and systems to the users; Customizes applications, prepares user guides and delivers training materials based on customer needs; and Develops work plans to accomplish assigned tasks within established budgets and schedules. Education and Experience Requirements: Basic Qualifications Bachelor of Science degree within Civil/Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant Engineering and/or computer, Information Technology (IT) degree, from an accredited college or university within the past twelve (12) months or upcoming twelve (12) months Ability and willingness to relocate and/or travel to domestic and/or international project jobsites. Possess the eligibility to work and remain in the US without visa sponsorship, now or in the future. Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check. Preferred Qualifications Master of Science degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant Engineering and/or Information Technology (IT) degree, from an accredited college or university within the past twelve (12) months or upcoming twelve (12) months. Prior co-op or internship experience. Completed relevant coursework with a strong GPA. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
