This is a full-time, directorate-wide role assigned, with two positions operating at the same expert level and sharing equal responsibility, authority, and performance expectations.This role is not a support function; it represents the directorate’s primary leadership for COOP planning and execution. The COOP Program Lead independently designs, develops, updates, manages, and maintains the directorate-wide COOP program in close coordination with enterprise-level stakeholders and external partner organizations. The position requires a high degree of autonomy, sound judgment, and strategic decision-making to ensure continuity readiness across all mission-critical functions.In addition to planning and program management, the COOP Program Lead is responsible for directorate-wide COOP education and awareness, ensuring leadership and staff understand continuity requirements, roles, and responsibilities. The position works closely with customer organizations and is ideally suited for candidates with deep, hands-on experience supporting the Customer.The two COOP Program Leads are effectively interchangeable, each maintaining full situational awareness and global responsibility for the program. Both positions are expected to perform at an expert level, proactively identifying risks, improving continuity processes, and ensuring compliance with applicable policies and standards., Required SkillsActive Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph.Please note that all applicants must be U.S. citizens and require additional screening from our clients.
