This senior-level technologist role supports multiple specialties including robotics, orthopedics, neuro/spine, vascular, and burn. As a Tier 3 technologist, you will be a go-to expert for complex and high-risk cases working side-by-side with top surgeons and mentoring newer team members. This position offers a chance to grow your career in a respected regional hospital that values collaboration, precision, and clinical excellence. What You will Do Prepare operating rooms, instrumentation, and supplies for complex surgical procedures. Anticipate surgeon needs and ensure seamless intraoperative coordination. Maintain aseptic technique and ensure all equipment functions safely and effectively. Take the lead on advanced procedures in robotics, vascular, or hybrid room environments. Mentor junior surgical technologists and share best practices. Support multidisciplinary teamwork among surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia staff. Participate in on-call rotations and respond within 30 minutes when called.
