The ideal candidate will develop integrated strategies for compelling content and effective global candidate experiences, implement content frameworks, and drive awareness of our brand guidelines globally. This role involves collaborating with web partners, talent acquisition teams, and key stakeholders to increase our brand exposure and attract high-quality candidates. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborate with web partners and talent acquisition teams to create innovative career site experiences. Develop and implement integrated strategies for global candidate engagement and content creation. Establish and promote employer brand guidelines and assets in alignment with brand strategy. Experiment with different tactics to drive awareness and utilization of employer brand guidelines globally. Support employer brand analytics and dashboards to measure success and gain insights. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Proven experience in Content Creation and Digital Marketing with a focus on SEO/SEM. Strong Project Management capabilities to handle multiple projects and timelines efficiently. Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively across various levels of the organization. Domain Experience Required:A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital and brand marketing, preferably within global corporate settings. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or Business.
