This role has full responsibility to manage and oversee all aspects of the most complex of IT initiatives and works collaboratively to deliver IT products and services.
Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact with the end client.
Directs activities, plans the work, oversees deliverable development, manages resources, and oversees issue resolution and other critical project tasks.
The data warehouse is an integral part of operations and supports mission-critical activities throughout the Department and beyond.
Maintain and update the existing Data Warehouse in order to comply with Federal/State mandates and/or policy changes.
Perform preventative maintenance, correct Data Warehouse defects, apply service packs and updates to stay current and supported by software vendors.
Apply fixes & system changes as instructed by DHCS to address any discovered system anomalies and/or improve functionality and data integrity.
Determine project scope, requirements, and deliverables for IT/business needs.Must Have: 7 years FTE experience addressing technology changes, refreshes, and system upgrades.
5 years FTE experience with SDLC and agile Maintenance and Operations methodologies.Possess an active PMP from Project Management Institute Nice to Have: 5 years of FTE experience, leading teams to effectively work on common project objectives and communicate with stakeholders.
5 years of FTE experience identifying risks, issues, documenting and vetting with the project team.5 years of FTE experience working on large data warehouse projects as a project manager or assistant project manager.5 Years of FTE experience with any State or Federal Agency that administers Medi-Cal or Medicaid.About Us: Sabot Consulting is a management consulting company focused on providing technical and management consulting to IT executives and managers in strategic, operational, and project-based practice areas.
