We are seeking a Commissioning Field Engineer II to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the successful delivery of complex healthcare projects—ensuring that critical building systems perform reliably and efficiently in support of patient care and clinical operations. Join us as we continue to advance quality, innovation, and performance in the built environment.For this position of Commissioning Field Engineer II on offer includes an excellent salary and benefits package.About the Job:A Field Engineer II reports directly to his or her Team Leader and to the team’s Project Engineers, and is directly responsible for the execution of field and office assignments as directed.Essential FunctionsField Engineer must have general knowledge of the following topics: Refrigeration, HVAC, Steam management and distribution systems, pumps, fans, motors, chillers, boilers, air ventilation balancing systems, BMS systems and VAV. Field Engineer holds the following responsibilities:Site Inspections and reports.Equipment Testing.Submittal Review and preparation of commentsDocument and Specification reviews and updatesCreate and execute commissioning checklists for the respective equipment and systems as directed by the team leaderCollection and tabulation of field data using HEA testing equipmentPreparation and writing of reports.Proper use of HEA test equipment including maintenance, cleaning and reporting damages to their respective Team LeaderAssist in executing performance test requirements.Individual Time and Expense management.Any special projects as requiredRequirements: Technical qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related fieldMinimum 1-3 years of experience.Must be a self-starter and capable of working independently or in a team environment.Must possess a strong desire to learn and participate in the company developmental training programTrade Professional affiliation, a plus.Proficiency with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)Technical writing skills a plusStrong ability to work in changing environment and adapt to varying working environments.Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds and climbing laddersAvailable for travel within the region
