They act as a liaison between departments and the families and patients.  They will help support the admissions process, proactively meet with new admissions, and engage with patients and families to encourage positive reviews and share success stories.  Guest Services must be professional, personable, friendly, and able to handle a variety of communication situations as well as administrative tasks and multitask.  ACCOUNTABILITIES: - Conduct Ambassador Rounds daily to ensure rooms are ready for admission- Meet with patients and families upon admission to assist with transition- Understand role of staff members and their functions in order to properly address needs- Complete various administrative projects as directed by supervisor.- Possess appropriate computer skills needed to effectively accomplish required tasks.- Support admissions and activities departments with tours, paperwork, and engagement
