Summary : Our Loadout position is fun andfast paced. This is a critical role for our Oak Park branch to ensure we get product to our customers, timely. This job requires someone who enjoys working closely with others and can communicate effectively. We are looking for individuals who don’t mind working hard, they will move and load product for our customers. This is a very physical position – you won’t need a gym This is a great opportunity to establish yourself in a secure company with a 75+ year history of success. Since 1938, we have been producing high quality products for you and your family.Must be willing to work the hours of 9pm to 8am Sunday night - Fri morning. This position pays $21.63 with a $2.00 an hour additional shift differential. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesExecutes warehouse department orders and packaging of shipmentsPulls stacks of product from refrigerated trailer and/or palletsLoad stacks of product onto refrigerated route trucksHi-low forklift experience or switcher experience preferredMaintains loadout dock cleanKeeps inventory of stacks/cases and records number of units of materials moved or handled on daily load sheetLoads and unloads material onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by handAccurately completes required documentation Follow Good Manufacturing PracticesFollow all required work safe practices. This would include wearing of all required PPE in designated areasDemonstrates problem solving and decision-making ability, as neededMust demonstrate proficiency in essential tasks of the job and a willingness to learnOther duties as assigned or requiredBasic Qualifications:Experience Maintaining loadout dock1+ year of experience working in a manufacturing environmentHigh School Diploma- or GEDWork Environment: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
