Benefits: Exceptional support team Fun, supportive, and safe working environment Rewards and recognition programs Comprehensive paid training Bonus based on performance Competitive salary Flexible schedule Pay: $23-25 per hour Shifts: Flexible, part-time Locations: Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, Mountain View, Milpitas and San JoseThe ideal candidate will have: Previous caregiver experience (3+ years desired) A passion to help others Empathy, patience, kindness and respect Trustworthy and dependable Ability to carry out direction, both verbal and written Ability to effectively manage the demands of the job Required: Current HCA registration Recent TB test Driver’s License Personal vehicle with valid auto insurance Caregiver Responsibilities: Provide personal care services including bathing, toileting, dressing, and grooming Transport seniors to appointments, social events and run errands Assist with mobility and transfer needs Preparing and serving meals Assist with nighttime routines such as preparing for bed, personal care, and providing occasional incontinence care Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in the client's condition Respond to any client needs or emergencies that may occur This franchise is independently owned and operated by a local franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this local office.
