The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, verification, shipping/manifesting, screening and other various duties as assigned to ensure the full and efficient operation of the warehouse. You will work Sunday - Thursday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. You will be paid weekly at $19.25 per hour.  How you create impactResponsibilities:Verify and receive materials into inventoryVerify required inbound paperwork with drivers, ensuring that all products are properly countedEnsure inbound and outbound deliveries are accurate and free of damageMarks and inventories packages for storage or transitMay also include palletizing and shrink-wrapDuties may include receiving, checking and storingMay be required to stack pallets and repeatedly lift up to fifty (50) poundsWorks from pick sheet to pull product or suppliesCheck orders against pull sheets“Dangerous Goods”: when receiving dangerous goods, the necessary procedures must be followed and these shipments must be stored in the designated section of the warehouseUnderstand and adhere to local, State, and Federal regulations inclusive, but not limited, to OSHA, DOT, EPA and other government agencies. Certification is required to handle any hazardous material(s)If/when applicable, ‘bonded’ cargo must be processed and handled accordingly, based on existing guidelines for this type of shipmentUse MH Equipment to pick, verify and pack orders according to standard practiceUse MH Equipment or other designated means to load goods into trailers or other designated transport vehicles for distributionDeliver high level of service to customersAbility to stand for long periods of timeOther duties as assignedWhat we would like you to bringExperience:Must be US CitizenMinimum Education: High School, High School Equivalent or Technical degreeProven basic math skills at the high school levelComputer skillsSAP and MS (Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook) experience is preferred, but not requiredSuccessful completion of all required Quality (QSHE) and related training is preferred, but not requiredEmployee will be expected to follow procedures introduced via on the job trainingElevating potential situations to the next level of supervision when requiredIdentify and correct mistakes / inconsistencies when receiving/completing paperworkAbility to establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks with minimal supervisionIdeal candidate will have prior experience in warehouse and / or manufacturing environmentOvertime and weekends may be requiredWhat's in it for youThere has never been a better time to work in logistics.
