ORDER SELECTORAutomation Personnel Services is looking for Order Selectors with leadership skills for a company based in Plant City, FL. In this job, you will have the opportunity to work for a leading producer of fresh produce.  Pay Rate $15.00 per hour, depending on experience. Schedule and Hours Monday to Saturday from 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, overtime required as needed. Monday to Saturday from 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM, overtime required as needed.  Order Selector Duties and Responsibilities Utilize pick lists and handheld scanners to accurately select and assemble customer orders based on product specifications and quantity requirements.Safely operate warehouse equipment such as electric pallet jacks and forklifts to transport and maneuver pallets of produce.Inspect and verify products for quality, freshness, and accuracy before packing and shipping.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding safety, sanitation, and inventory management.Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production goals and maintain efficient workflow. Order Selector Qualifications and Requirements High School Diploma/GEDMust be able to work in a refrigerated environment. Previous experience as a warehouse order selector or similar role in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the food or produce industry.Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in a physically demanding role.Proficiency in using handheld scanners.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in product selection and order fulfillment.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Job Type Full-time, temporary to hireBenefits • Weekly Pay• 401(k) retirement plan• Medical, dental, vision, short-term disability and life insurance• 5 paid Vacation Days after 1 year of continuous service (paid as a service bonus)• 6 paid Holidays after 1500 continuous hours of service within a calendar yearInterested in this job?Click Apply Now, email your resume to apsTampa@apstemps.com, or call us at 813.888.7508 to learn more.
