Job Overview: Join our Wealth Advisors Group Team as a Summer Intern, providing essential support to our LPL corporate employee advisors and support professionals. This program is designed to provide comprehensive learning experience in a team-based call center environment that delivers investment advice and guidance over the phone. You'll be challenged with passing the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam while working on key initiatives to help the Wealth Advisors Group deliver a world-class client experience. The ideal candidate should be local to the Tempe office during the time of the internship and will work on a hybrid schedule.Responsibilities:Shadow financial advisors & the operations team to gain a better understanding of the industry and learn best practicesAttend advice delivery training focused on preparation for initial entry as a financial advisorPrepare for and work towards passing the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) examAssist with client communication, including scheduling meetings and preparing presentationsReport on industry trends, market conditions, and financial regulations to support the teamParticipate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving client service processesSupport the completion of key IFS projects and initiativesSupport the IFS team by participating in client outreach campaignsProvide general administrative support to the Financial Advisors and support professionalsWhat are we looking for?We’re looking for strong collaborators who deliver exceptional client experiences and thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.
