This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in a manufacturing who enjoys leading a team, maintaining productivity, and ensuring quality standards are met. The Team Lead will play a key role in ensuring that daily production goals are achieved efficiently and safely. Location: Miramar, FLJob Type: Full-TimeSchedule: Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Afternoon Shift: 2:30PM - 11 PM Pay: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience) Key Responsibilities Lead, guide, and motivate a team of production line workers Ensure daily production goals are met while maintaining quality and safety standards Monitor workflow and provide real-time problem-solving support Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching Coordinate with supervisors and other departments to resolve any production issues Maintain accurate records and complete required reports Enforce company policies and safety procedures at all times Operate machinery or perform tasks on the line as needed Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment Previous leadership or team lead experience strongly preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, hands-on role Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player Bilingual (English/Spanish) Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed Benefits Competitive pay: $19–$20/hour Weekly pay Opportunity for growth within the company Supportive team and leadership
