This role promotes health and wellness through structured exercise programs while creating a positive and motivating environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead group exercise classes, individual exercise classes for residents at Independent Living Facilities. Provide modifications for different fitness levels and abilities Maintain a clean and organized workout space before and after classes Build rapport with participants to encourage regular attendance Stay current with fitness trends and certifications QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to motivate and inspire participants Strong communication and interpersonal skills, organizational skills Previous experience as a group or individual fitness class instructor preferred. CPR certification - will train Previous experience working with older adults preferred.
