Responsibilities The Sales Representative for the RestaurantBags.com (RBC) division is responsible for the development of a robust sales pipeline, successful maintenance of existing customers, creating new opportunities, building long-term relationships, and successfully closing new business. The position will require talent and interest in web based technologies, as well as an ability to develop and execute creative sales and marketing strategies. Conduct outbound calls to establish relationships and work with new and existing RBC customers to generate growth and improved customer success. Follow up with current/past customers ensuring maximum satisfaction is reached.  Remain in contact with prospective customers to maintain positive rapport.  Utilize database management system to market to prospects and customers. Assist in developing efficient and effective marketing and communication programs to promote the brand and attract prospects.  Occasionally travel over weekends for trade events. Collaborate within the art department, the production and shipping teams, aligning workflows to execute on a plan and ensure accountability to meet or exceed goals while prioritizing and delivering customer experience. Conduct product research, industry trends and opportunities needed to be successful creating new products additions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 3 years of proven successful sales experience. Capable and comfortable with cold calling. Knowledge of Google Ads or similar, traditional, and on-line marketing strategy and tactics. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and database management. Well organized, multi-task oriented, who works efficiently to produce quality results. Self-starter, creative and an “outside the box” thinker to find unique solutions for complex challenges. Excellent communicator; able to articulate succinctly and clearly.  Intuitive and efficient time manager, does not waste time on non-profitable opportunities.
