Ideal candidates have experience with Rockshox, Fox, and Marzocchi suspensions and can work independently.Job Responsibilities:Perform maintenance and repairs on mountain bikes, including hydraulic brake bleeding, suspension servicing, and wheel building.Apply knowledge of various bike types, focusing on full suspension systems.Assist in managing the rental bike fleet, ensuring safety and shop organization.Bleed hydraulic disc brakesRebuild and service suspension forks and shocksBuild and repair bicycle wheelsEducation:High School Diploma or GEDPreferred Experience:Previous experience specifically working with Hayes, Avid, Shimano, Formula and Magura Hydraulic Disc Brakes.
