Prepare and cook food for banquet events according to the description Plate food for service according to established plating/presentation critera Complete all assigned preparatory work including the set-up of the front line. Make sure all items in refrigeration are stocked and properly stored. Maintain strict food sanitation standards. Responsible for the cleaning and sanitation of all good production, holding, and storage areas to meet or exceed the local Health Department regulations. Follow standardized recipes for portion control. Adhere to all house policies. Complete breakdown procedures including proper labeling and storage. Assist in other areas of kitchen as time permits. Check with immediate supervisor before leaving. Ensure complete customer satisfaction
