Team Environment- Communicate appropriately with fellow team members, treating others fairly and with respect. Respond positively to feedback and direction given. Hold themselves accountable for their responsibilities on their shift. Adhere to schedule and arrive ready to work on time.Operations Excellence for Guest Satisfaction- Hold guests as highest priority and ensure each guest is highly satisfied with his/her experience. Respond to specific guest needs and resolve problems with a sense of urgency. Adhere to Brand standards and systems, delivering quality food and beverage to each guest. Maintain a clean and neat workstation; complete thorough cleaning of guest areas as directed. Complete all required training and support the training of other team members.What You'll Do: As a Shift Leader, you'll be the go-to person during your shift, helping to:Lead by example and support your team in delivering top-notch guest serviceKeep operations running smoothly - prepping food, managing inventory, or handling cashTrain and coach crew members to be their bestEnsure the store stays clean, safe, and welcoming by upholding all Food Safety, Brand, and Network standards Step in for the manager when needed, help make key decisionsWhat You'll Do: As a Shift Leader, you'll be the go-to person during your shift, helping to:Lead by example and support your team in delivering top-notch guest serviceKeep operations running smoothly - prepping food, managing inventory, or handling cashTrain and coach crew members to be their bestEnsure the store stays clean, safe, and welcoming by upholding all Food Safety, Brand, and Network standards Step in for the manager when needed, help make key decisionsWhat You Bring to the Table:Previous experience in food service or retail (leadership experience is a plus)A positive attitude and strong communication skillsAbility to multitask and stay cool under pressureWillingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidaysA team-first mindset and a passion for great coffee and customer serviceMust be at least 18 years of ageYou're fluent in English and eligible to work in the U.S.?Many Dunkin' restaurants are owned and operated by an independent franchisee.
