Job Title: Product Design LeadJob OverviewWe are looking for a Product Design Lead to own the end to end product experience across both an admin platform and a learner experience. You will work closely with product and engineering leadership to design clear workflows, conduct UX research, and ensure every feature launch meets a high bar for usability and quality.This role is a fit for a senior designer with deep SaaS experience, strong product sense, and a habit of using data and customer feedback to ship work that moves key metrics.ResponsibilitiesLead UX design from concept through launch, including research, wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity designsRun user interviews, usability tests, and UAT to find friction points and validate new experiencesCreate intuitive user flows and workflows that improve engagement and self service for both admins and learnersUse product analytics and customer feedback to prioritize work and drive ongoing improvementBuild and maintain a modern design system in Figma in partnership with engineeringPartner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align design decisions with business goalsPrepare clear specs, support implementation with the engineering team, and review work before releaseQualifications8+ years of experience in UX, UI, or Product Design, ideally within high growth SaaS environmentsProven track record leading product design for platforms with meaningful scale (7–8 figures ARR or similar)Strong proficiency in Figma and experience working with design systemsExperience designing AI powered products or interfaces that use machine learning, automation, or personalizationComfortable working with product analytics and qualitative feedback to guide decisionsExcellent communication skills and ability to work in cross functional, founder led teamsData informed mindset with strong product intuition and a focus on simple, clear user experiencesIdeal ProfileHas owned end to end product experience for SaaS products with both admin and end user flows, and can show impact on metrics such as usability, NPS, or self serve ratesComfortable designing AI and data driven experiences, including automation, assistants, or retrieval style flowsBuilds and maintains design systems in Figma, ships quickly with engineers, and raises quality through clear specs and reviewsThrives in fast moving startup settings, can interview customers, run discovery, and make trade offs that balance user needs with business goalsExperience at a venture backed startup or top tier accelerator company is a plusIf you are excited about leading design for a SaaS product at scale and shaping AI powered experiences, we would like to hear from you.
