Your TasksYou are responsible for making U.S. Customs entries and ISF Filings under U.S. Customs laws.You digitally prepare and file all documentation that is required for our goods to clear U.S. Customs.As a Customs Specialist you have deep knowledge of all regulation and procedures of U.S. Customs, FDA, USDA and other Government Agencies (PGA) and you will keep it up to date.You review and organize the incoming documents to ensure compliance with U.S. Customs and PGA reporting requirements.You troubleshoot issues that preventing cargo from its release.Your QualificationsYou are enthusiastic about customs regulations and enjoy working in a dynamic, global trade environment.Quality service and satisfied customers, whether internal or external, are important to you.You have at least five years of experience as an Entry Writer.Additional Customs certifications (CCS, LCB) are welcome but not required.You are proficient in netCHB.Knowledge of German or Spanish is helpful, but not a must.Your BenefitsMedical, Dental & Vision insurance 100% paid401K with a company match after first yearLife & Accidental Death insurance4 weeks annual vacation Excellent pay depending on experience ($28.00 - $32.00 per hour)Flexible working hoursYou are interested?Then apply now via our application form or send us your application with an indication of the possible starting date and your salary expectations to career@egetrans.comAbout usWe at EgeTrans love it when everything runs smoothly.
