JOB SUMMARY Production including bagging, cutting, pasting, assembly, etc. as required filling customer orders. Associate may be assigned to special projects as needed. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Package and process product for accurate, timely and damage-free arrival Operate pallet jack, bagging machines and saws Complete paperwork for shipments and production items Accurate operation of labor track via scan system Maintain a safe work environment Adhere to company policies   SECONDARY FUNCTIONS Perform duties as assigned by Production Lead, Supervisor or Area Coordinator PERFORMANCE MEASURES Rates and work ethic Accuracy of orders completed Production Department and personal organization/cleanliness/safety Attendance and punctuality record Number of production units completed SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY None POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Regular attendance is expected and required. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred Relevant experience is preferred SKILLS (Language, Mathematical, Reasoning, Other) Good communication skills (written and oral) Basic math and writing skills Neat, clean and organized about self and company materials Ability to work well with others in a team environment CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND/OR REGISTRATIONS None WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS Ability to stay focused on tasks Lifting due to order packaging (up to 50lbs) Ability to stand for long periods of time while performing packaging, bagging, or cutting High energy level to complete daily work orders per deadlines/schedule. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work as a team member Ability to work requested and/or required overtime
