Thoughtfulness is our default.Essential Functions Champion Lateral ServiceLearnOwn the individual guest experienceSet the next shift up for successDeliver perfectly clean tables and floorsSupport service team by pre bussing, bussing, stocking, running F&B, and assisting in the cleanliness and organization of dining room, bathrooms, and service areasEducation / Experience / Certifications:Must be 16+ years of age.experience in a food service role a plusKnowledge of various food-service styles a plus.Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.Maintains composure under pressure, remains calm and courteous in difficult situations.Required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as business demands; ability to work flexible hours as required.Work Environment:Work is performed in a restaurant/event environment.  This role requires primarily standing and walking during entire shift.  Work environment is fast-paced and team member must be able to manage multiple priorities throughout a shift.Harbor Bay Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
