ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time. Ensure customer order and product match.Contact common carriers and schedule pick-ups, ensuring the meeting of customer delivery requirements. Inspect materials and ensure bills of lading are correct. Verify the quantity and quality of material received. Affix completed address label and any other special labels required for the handling of material and specified by the carrier. Complete and maintain all required paperwork.Review and correct freight bills as neededMaintain departmental housekeeping and safety standards.
