Overview:ExecuSource is seeking a temporary HRIS Transition Coordinator to support the organization during a system upgrade and data migration. This role works closely with the CHRO to assist with project activities, ensure data accuracy, conduct system testing, and support employees during the transition. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced with HRIS systems, and able to quickly contribute in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities: Assist with project coordination related to HRIS migration and new module implementation Support data mapping, migration, validation, and auditing to ensure accuracy Execute system testing, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing Develop and update documentation such as SOPs, training materials, and process guides Provide end-user support during the transition period and respond to HRIS inquiries Collaborate with HR and Finance to communicate changes and resolve issues Qualifications: 2–3 years of experience supporting HRIS or data management systems Experience with system testing and documentation Administrative experience with TriNet required Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks Excellent communication skills and ability to support non-technical users Apply now and one of our recruiters will reach out to you #LI-ZH1
