Job Title: Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) – Long-Term Care Location: Lexington, MO Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Days | 5x8s Hours: 36 Hours/Week Pay Rate: $50–$60/hr ($1,875–$2,250 per week) Position Overview"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week assignment in a long-term care setting in Lexington, MO. This role offers guaranteed hours, a supportive interdisciplinary team, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on residents’ mobility and quality of life. Responsibilities Evaluate, treat, and support residents to improve mobility, strength, and functional abilities Develop and implement individualized treatment and care plans Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and care staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes Qualifications Active Physical Therapy license in the state of Missouri Previous long-term care experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient-centered approach For more details contact at hdavda@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
