Job Description CE is seeking a full-time Warehouse Manager in Carrollton, TX. SUMMARY The Warehouse Manager reports to the Area Operations Manager and is responsible to develop and implement strategies that drive continuous improvement and maximize productivity and efficiency to reduce overall costs. As the Warehouse Manager this position must be knowledgeable in all facets of distribution operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: This position will provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers (HVAC contractors, Dealers, internal associates, etc.). Directs achievement of performance objectives related to safety, quality, delivery, cost, and employee morale. Supervises the performance of all tasks involved in the shipment, requisition, and storage of materials, supplies and equipment into and from warehouse. Establish and maintain a strong safety culture including, Material handling, PPE, lift truck and overall warehouse safety. Lead operational efforts aimed at maintaining accurate inventory throughout the supply channel. Monitors workflow, work completed, error rates and related metrics and take corrective action. Ensures procedures are established, implemented, and adhered to by all team members. Collaborates to improve the overall product supply operation, performance, and to maximize overall operational efficiencies. Ensures quality and inspection process is accurate and excess costs are eliminated. Maintain discipline in use of forklifts (maintenance, speed control etc.) along with safety of all equipment. Ensure all storage equipment is maintained and inspected according to company and regulatory requirements. Ensure a continuous stream of talent to sustain organizational/department growth and improve operations by attracting, retaining, and developing team members to meet their needs for career growth.
