Florenza in East Boston is looking for a friendly, reliable Cashier/Barista to join our morning team. We’re a busy neighborhood spot known for quality coffee, fresh Italian-style food, and warm hospitality.Your Role: Greet customers and take orders at the counter. Make and serve espresso drinks, lattes, cappuccinos, teas, and more. Handle cashier/POS transactions accurately. Keep the café clean, stocked, and running smoothly during the morning rush. Work closely with our team to create a positive guest experience. What We’re Looking For: Morning availability (starting around 6:30–7:00 AM). Previous café/barista experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person. Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude. Dependability and punctuality are essential.
