Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Location: Keene, NH Type: Full-Time / Part-Time | Weekends required Compensation: $60,000-$80,000 yearly About the Role: We are looking for motivated, customer-focused Sales Associates to join our retail appliance team. You’ll help customers choose the right appliances for their home, explain features and benefits, and work with our in-house service team to ensure every sale leads to long-term satisfaction. This is a non-pushy, education-first sales environment. If you're friendly, organized, and love helping people, we’d love to meet you. Responsibilities:● Greet customers and provide expert product guidance● Learn appliance brands, models, and features● Assist with quotes, invoices, and sales processing● Follow up on leads and support long-term customer relationships● Work closely with delivery, service, and support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience● Keep the showroom clean, organized, and stocked Requirements: ● Prior retail or sales experience preferred (appliances a plus, but not required)● Strong communication skills● Reliable, punctual, and professional● Willingness to learn and be part of a collaborative team Basic computer and POS system skills This employment opportunity is available at the organization listed at the top of this page.
