Job Title SAP S4 HANA Finance Consultant Relevant Experience (in Yrs) 10-12 years Technical/Functional Skills S4 Hana Finance Experience Required 10-12 years Roles & Responsibilities 1.Associate to play Team member role and Holding Face to face or Virtual meetings with Business stakeholders for fit-gap analysis and performing related tasks 2.Actively participate in user story preparation, solution conceptualization for changes and shall prepare functional specs and blueprint documents 3.Manage stakeholders across the ecosystem including business users, IT organization and cross application. 4.Design, build, test and review the solution in collaboration with support/project team / third party vendors. At least one end to end S4 HANA implementation involving SAP Finance. Creating a detailed blueprint for the development requirements of S/4HANA, and for providing business and functional su pport around SAP modules, particularly for ECC Migration or conversion from legacy SAP systems to SAP S/4HANA Deep understanding of the Business Partner concept, General Ledger, AR, AP, Asset accounting and Controlling areas Deep understanding of SAP Fiori UX Working knowledge of Central Finance (CFIN) is desired. Generic Managerial Skills Excellent interpersonal skills, confidence, and ability to interact professionally with people at all levels. Good communication skills both Written and Oral Demonstrated leadership in professional setting #LI-CM2
