HR Analyst

Description JOB SUMMARY: The HR Analyst provides advanced analytical, reporting, and data management support to the Human Resources function across the BMH system. The role ensures workforce data accuracy, delivers timely insights, and drives operational decision making aligned with BMH’s mission, vision and values. This position supports HR operations, recruitment/talent acquisition, compensation, labor management, compliance, and workforce planning initiatives. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION: High School Diploma/ GED required. Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s preferred. EXPERIENCE: 2–4 years HR analytics or HRIS reporting experience preferred. Healthcare experience strongly preferred. JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced Excel and HRIS proficiency (Paychex preferred). Strong communication skills and confidentiality. Ability to manage multiple priorities. ONGOING COMPETENCIES (JOB SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES): 1. HR Reporting & Analytics Develop and maintain HR dashboards and standardized reports. Analyze trends and provide insights for leadership. 2. Compensation & Workforce Data Support Assist with compensation studies and labor forecasting. Conduct pay equity reviews and internal market analyses. 3. Compliance & Regulatory Oversight Prepare CMS, Joint Commission, OSHA, EEO-1, and state-required reports. Maintain compliance documentation and support audits. 4. System Administration & Process Optimization Serve as subject matter expert for the HRIS (preferably Paychex). Troubleshoot reporting issues and improve workflows. 5. Data & Metrics Support analytics for employee engagement, turnover, and retention. Provide data insights for performance and succession processes.
